A personal trainer who has worked in the field of leisure centers for two years through clients and computer screens has set up his own gym.
Owen Hollowway of Kings Worthy launched Hollowway Health & Fitness in Winchester after spending the entire crisis of Covid.

The opening of an indoor club serves as an extension of the success Owen has already achieved outdoors. What started as a project to help the health of the locals in the blockade quickly grew to 40 founding members and now aims to help more.

Holloway Health & Fitness combines a weekly busy and diverse class schedule with outdoor group classes and a weekly run club with indoor concepts including Strength, Hybrid, TRX, Stretch, TRX for Yoga and small group personal training options.
