Spinach is added to the traditional morning meal. These delicious pancakes are made with eggs, spinach leaves, and healthier whole wheat flour.
recipe: Sift the flour and add it to the bowl. Mix eggs, tofu, water and oil. After stirring, add spices, nutmeg and spinach paste. 30 minutes should be set aside. Saute the onions in hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Using only half of the cheese, mix the ingredients for the filling with the chopped onions in the yogurt. To make thin pancakes, add batter to a greased skillet. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side.hot serve
Roasted spinach and corn
For a warm start to a chilly day, prepare a cheesy baked dish with spinach and corn. This freshly baked meal is delicious and healthy.
recipe: Add cumin to the hot oil. When it starts to thicken, add the onion and stir-fry over high heat while adding a generous amount of oil. Stir-fry the spinach and corn together over high heat. Add the maida and fry until brown, then add the milk and continue to mix until completely combined. After adding salt and Kalimirchi, transfer to an oven-safe serving dish. Sprinkle cheese over it. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes and serve hot.
Palak Puri
If you’re always in the mood for traditional Indian food, try making pooli out of spinach for a hearty hot breakfast at Poori Bhaji.
recipe: Mix the mashed spinach and dough together before adding water. Salt and ghee are rubbed into the flour, and water and salt are mixed to form a firm dough. At least 30 minutes should pass while the dough is covered and resting. Roll out the puri about 1/8 inch. When the dough rises quickly, add the puri to the hot oil. Gently press down on the center with a slotted spoon to quickly puff and fry. Fry.Light brown on both sides. Remove from oil and place on absorbent paper before transferring to a serving dish.
Palak Dosa
If you’re in the mood for some South Indian food, what could be better than a dosa? Treat yourself first thing in the morning by making it with Wondergreen’s spinach.
recipe: Boil the spinach for 5 minutes. Allow to cool and form into a paste. Add the spinach puree to the dough. Add the ginger-garlic paste, salt, black pepper, turmeric and green chillies. Mix well until everything is mixed. Heat the pan over medium heat. Spread oil over it. Place a ladleful of batter on the frying pan. Spread it out with the back of the ladle. When the top surface begins to dry, use a spatula to flip the dosa over. Cook evenly on both sides to avoid burning. Serve warm with chutney or sambar.

Is it possible to leave out our favorite omelet? Adding eggs and spinach improves this traditional dish and makes it healthier.
recipe: Whisk the eggs slowly and season with salt and pepper. Fry the beaten eggs in hot oil in a frying pan. Gently whisk the eggs with a fork. Add oregano, onion, spinach and olives on top and fold. Fold again before serving.
