Khaled Mohsen Al Shaeri reportedly dropped 86 stones (546 kg) and walked for the first time in years after a rigorous diet and exercise at the hospital.
He recorded his amazing changes that introduce the various stages of the weight loss journey after inflating during his teens.
Originally from Saudi Arabia, now 29, he shared his clip walking with a Zimmer frame about three years after being pulled from his home in Jazan for life-saving treatment.

The late King Abdullah organized an incredible rescue in 2013 after being impressed by Caled’s weight struggle.
Nearly 30 medical staff and civil defense personnel worked together to lift a teenager at the time with a special crane brought in from the United States.
Caled reportedly hadn’t been out of bed for three years before being forklifted from his home, some of which had to be demolished to get him back.
He was taken by a medical helicopter to Kingfahad Medical City in the capital of Riyadh for treatment after anomalous removal.
Dr. Abdullah al-Ravia, Minister of Health of Saudi Arabia, said King Abdullah ordered rescue as a “humanitarian gesture.”
While the crowd was awake to the rescue, the teenager was depicted with a stone face and wearing sunglasses during a huge operation.
After being hospitalized and trapped in his home for years, his health and exercise continued to improve.
A large custom-made wheelchair was built by a doctor to help him be more mobile and support physiotherapy.
Khaled was able to quickly lose more than half of his weight in just six months after a fierce regimen.
Called the world’s heaviest teenager in 2016, Caled shared his inspiring video of walking around with a Zimmer frame after dropping the pound.
Khaled’s remarkable recovery is getting stronger and stronger, and his latest photo looks like a slim, trimmed 10 stone (63kg).
He was even reported to have undergone final surgery in January 2018 to remove excess skin from his body.
The 29-year-old looks little like his larger self, almost eight years after the beginning of his weight loss journey.
Total conversion

In 2010, Giuliano, 6- and 4-year-old Claudiu Straw, caused controversy when images of them roaring, bending muscles and lifting weights appeared.
Both boys lifted a 4 kg dumbbell and heavy weights to pump up the biceps and strengthen the chest muscles.
But 11 years later, the young man looks less tied to muscles than he did when he was a little kid, but he’s still a good fiddle after the pair started boxing.
