How the incident unfolded

Meanwhile, the hospital refused to talk about it. The Ministry of Health has asked the hospital to give a detailed report on the entire issue.
Police registered a case of negligence
Chethana’s father, Varadaraju, is a businessman. In his complaint, police registered an unnatural death case against the hospital. The victim’s father accused the hospital of medical malpractice. Based on this, the case was created under Section 174 of CrPC. Further action will be taken based on post-mortem and other medical reports.
