How the incident unfolded

The hospital called her parents, who took Chetana to another hospital with an ICU facility. Around 7 pm, doctors there told them that her breathing had already stopped and her appearance had died. Meanwhile, the hospital refused to talk about it. The Ministry of Health has asked the hospital to give a detailed report on the entire issue.
Police registered a case of negligence
Chethana’s father, Varadaraju, is a businessman. In his complaint, police registered an unnatural death case against the hospital. The victim’s father accused the hospital of medical malpractice. Based on this, the case was created under Section 174 of CrPC. Further action will be taken based on post-mortem and other medical reports.
