“I go to a studio owned by a very dedicated couple who genuinely care about their clients’ health,” she said.
“They conduct additional training sessions to help people get their craft right, and have a lot of extracurricular activities for people who are keen on that sort of thing (from running city2surf to pubs ‘s Trivia Night.) I’d be disappointed if they went out of business, because I can’t think of anything worse than going to a mainstream gym with a million people.”
