Daniee Brown is now slim size 10, but this is not always the case. Her maximum size was 20, she was very dissatisfied with her body and was covered in black baggage clothes. She decided she needed to lose weight.
After trying a trendy diet with her “short-term results,” Daniel was keen to try more “sustainable” weight loss methods.
In 2017, she wore size 16 and wanted to lose the stone before her birthday.
In just two months, with a lot of dedication between April and June, Daniel managed to drop a stone and confidently wore a size 14 dress at her birthday party.
She told Express.co.uk, “I was definitely over the moon.”
But her journey didn’t stop there. Since her 30th birthday, Daniel has dropped two more dress sizes and is now size 10.
She states: “If you lose weight, you can wear whatever you like. You can wear clothes that you never dreamed of.
“You can go to River Island and buy size 10 jeans.”
This was a great achievement for Daniel, who once admitted that shopping was an unpleasant and painful experience.
“When I was young, I was sitting in the changing room crying.”
She even faced nasty comments about her weight and how it looks in the hands of the bully.
Now she’s full of compliments, many say she urged Dinny to lose weight to them too.
But how did she bring about this enormous physical and mental change?
Daniel has never exercised “once” and believes he has lost weight as a result of his new assessment of Jim.
She states: “I found love for this training.”
Bitten by a fitness bug, she found a personal trainer exercising with her twice a week. I also attended an exercise class once a week during my time.
“Now it’s just a part of my daily life.”

Dinny also adapted her diet for comfort at the local Weight Watchers Slimming Club.
One of her main ways to lose weight was to be more aware of what she was consuming by exchanging pasta and bread for healthier options.
She states: “To lose weight, I reduced carbs and ate a lot of protein to supplement my training.”
Being part of the group provided her with “great support” on her weight loss journey.
The most difficult part of her journey was “entering the gym for the first time”.

Currently, the same gym personal trainer has set foot in size 16. Dyney encouraged those suffering from weight to try fitness.
She currently has 30 clients and admits that she “loves” whole-body exercise such as burpees.
Dyney concludes:
“I’m another person, I’m very confident.”
