Dr. Michael Mosley has created several diets over the years-the latest is the Fast 800 Keto. In 2019, weight loss experts talked about the benefits of eating just 800 calories a day if someone is trying to lose weight “rapidly”. However, because they burn so little calories, Dr. Michael explained why eating eggs for breakfast can help you lose weight.
Dan Walker, presenter of the BBC Breakfast, introduced:
“Michael Mosley currently recommends 800 calories daily, rather than reducing it to 500 calories twice a week.
“Michael is here to explain-is this the next step in 5: 2? Why did you come up with that reason? Is it science that tells you 800 calories?”
Dr. Michael replied:

Diet experts discussed the science behind weight loss plans and said:
“There was another study done by Oxford [University] And they lost 10kg in a year. ”
“Let’s see what 800 calories look like,” commented Louise Minchin.
“This is three meals of the day. Not so many.”
“I have eggs and asparagus for breakfast, and although there are various recipes in this book, I’m a big fan of eggs and they fill up,” said Dr. Michael.
“You can make scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, but you need them.
“Sometimes I eat eggs with a little ham and eggs and salmon.
“There is no toast. There is a lot of tea and coffee and a lot of water.
“For those who have a low-calorie diet, we recommend drinking plenty of water, because it dries.”
The presenter noticed a lack of starchy carbohydrates in his diet, and Dr. Michael clarified why. ..
“Your body runs on two different fuel systems, sugar and fat. Switch to fat mode only when sugar begins to decrease. Unless you’re on a relatively low carb diet, 10-12 hours takes.
“I don’t always recommend low carbs. I think there’s a good reason to eat carbs.
All vegetables are carbs, but they are healthy carbs, “he added.
The Fast 800 website has a lot of breakfast recipes that include eggs.
