This bean sprout idli recipe adds a twist to the classic urad dalidli batter by making it from bean sprouts. This recipe is easy to create. All you need to do is replace some ingredients, and the delicious idli is ready to go. These idli can be combined with Sambar and chutney to turn into South Indian spreads. Soak mung bean and chanadal in water for at least 4 hours. Drain excess water and make a paste with a grinder. Put the paste in a bowl of tofu and salt. Please rest. Meanwhile, cook ginger garlic paste, green pepper, curry leaves, carrots and peas in a pan. Add half a teaspoon of salt to the mixture. Toss the mung bean flour with masala tempered with fruit salt. Steam the idli and enjoy it anytime!
