Ingredients: Chopped vegetables of your choice, Lava (1 cup), oil, salt, curry leaves
Oil the kadai and stir-fry the vegetables. Add salt, turmeric and curry leaves to this.
Once the vegetables are well cooked, add the mules and roast for a while. Then transfer the mixture to a bowl and add water. Add a card to this and let it sit for a while.
Grease an idli mold and pour the mixture into it. Steam for 30 minutes. Serve hot with chutney.
