Sarah Jackson once suffered from severe back pain and could barely walk. Well, after she became an advanced ballroom dancer and Latin dancer, she lost a whopping 6.5 stones and reduced to her size 10.
A 50-year-old woman tilted her scale at £ 7 on the 16th, and doctors suggested that her weight could exacerbate the condition of scoliosis that is causing her discomfort.
“I could barely get up and decided to try anything,” Sarah said.
“Both my husband Ian and my daughter said I was perfect and didn’t need to lose weight, but I was desperate to be able to move painlessly.
“My wider family was worried about the amount of weight I would put on, and I began to realize that it didn’t help me at all.”

Sara admitted that she “tried everything,” but losing weight was a last resort.
A chocolate addict comfort eater, she was skeptical when she attended WW and explained: Her back hurts.
“I was on a lot of diets and weighed yo-yos. I used to lose weight to go to fertility treatment, but when I was done, I put it all back.”
She continued. “On the WW, my coach Tracy Taylor made me see that it’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle change, and it only works if I’m 100% committed to the plan.

“I’m lucky because my husband Ian is a chef and he cooked all our meals from scratch and made sure I was eating the right part.”
Now Sarah has decided to curb her thirst for her beloved chocolate and oppose her sweet treat.
“My weakness is chocolate,” she admitted.
“I used to eat a bar on my way home from the supermarket. Now I’m eating bananas instead.
“I can eat chocolate in the WW program, but I tend to avoid it because I’m not the kind of person who can eat one square. I want to eat the whole bar.”
Sarah’s diet was controlled, but she vowed to oppose the movement because she “disliked ideas.”
Instead, she and her husband tried Latin dance, and to their surprise, they both loved it.
She said, “When I joined WW, I told my coach that I would never exercise. I hated that idea.
“I always wanted to dance, but I enjoyed it so much that I didn’t really consider it an exercise. So did Ian. We are always in the dance center.
“I’m crazy about it and I love to wear nice dresses to dance. I hate taking pictures because I’m always at the bottom of my baggy clothes and pajamas at home.
“Now I have a wardrobe full of nice frocks and I’m in front of the camera first. My family always loved me about who I am, but new I’m happy. I’m happy too-I’m very happy. “
“I also changed my exercising posture. I was shocked when I started running and ran 5K for the first time,” she added.
Sarah has achieved her goal of 10th place and is now size 10, but she still continues to participate in the WW workshop.
She still has sweet teeth, sometimes eats small cakes and enjoys Indian takeaway once a month. ..
“WW is a part of my life right now and will always be. The program really works and the community is really special.
“Before, I rarely went out. I wanted to hide. Now I love dressing up and socializing. It’s hard to understand how much I’ve changed.
“It took me a long time to recognize someone looking at me in the mirror after I reached my target weight.”
