For some, the blockade was a time when they put their weight on it, but for Stuart McMullen, it was an opportunity for him to change his diet. As a result, he lost nine life-changing stones. He told Express.co.uk exactly how he achieved it.
Stuart, 37, said: “I’ve always been fighting my weight. That’s been a big concern for me for many years.
“It will affect every aspect of my life. I had a hard time walking in the fields at work and my asthma was getting worse.”
When the country was closed in 2020, Stuart reached the 23rd £ 12 and saw an opportunity to change.
He continued. “This prevented my usual poor diet, as the fast food restaurants I usually order were closed.
“I was motivated to change my habits and stay healthy all the time.

Eventually he climbed Britain’s largest mountains, Skafel Pike and Yorkshire Three Peaks.
“I went to the gym and hiked in the mountains all over the country,” Stuart explained.
“The changes I felt myself encouraged me to continue, and I lost another 5 stones to £ 14 and £ 11.
“The great products available as planned have given us much more energy than the fast food we’ve eaten before and have adapted to our new active lifestyle.”
Stuart will go from size 6XL to L and continue to diet and pursue his fitness goals.
“I’m living in harmony with nature now, and I’ve never felt so happy in my life,” Stuart said. “It’s all thanks to the 1: 1 diet.”
