James Martin will air every Saturday on ITV today at 9:30 am. Chef fans recall the recent weight loss journey that began when James changed his diet and gained more exercise.
James Martin is in good shape now because he has maintained a healthy weight and a slim frame since he started his weight loss journey a few weeks ago.
The chef seems to maintain a healthy diet and takes regular walks to stay active and slim.
He often posts pictures of the countryside and his dog on social media. Usually after taking the dog for a walk in the fields around the house.
But how did TV personalities lose weight in the first place?

James previously talked about how difficult it is for a “big guy” like him to lose weight.
He told MailOnline:
James reportedly lost fat to lose weight, including butter.
But now the chef talks broadly about his love for the ingredients and how to continue cooking with them.
TV stars are writing a new book on yellow seasonings entitled “Butter: Pleasant, Delicious, Versatile-Over 130 Recipes to Celebrate Butter.”
Some may think that butter is high in fat and should not be taken if you are on a diet, but James disagreed.
He told Herald in an interview last November:
“It’s ready-made food, packet food, hidden salt, hidden fat-that’s the problem in this country.
“It’s not butter block butter or butter on toast.
“It’s true that in the UK, not as many people cook as France, Italy and Spain.”
Therefore, James cooks with fat as part of a healthy and balanced diet.
In 2018, James lost a few pounds again after noticing that he had gained a little weight he had previously lost.
When he saw himself on television, he began to notice changes in his appearance.
But he also received cruel comments about his weight online.
He tells the sun at the time: “I looked up social media and all the comments were about me being fat.
“So I lost a stone and half.”
When talking to MailOnline, he added:
“I used to watch TV on a small TV, but now it’s on a large scale.”
