Dr. Michael Mosley often shares weight loss tips with slim people, not only on TV but also online. He is the creator of The Fast 800, a diet plan that helps people lose weight quickly.
Dr. Mosley shared his best and easiest tips for weight loss – it’s easy because they need to be slim with simple changes to their lifestyle.
According to nutrition experts, one of the important tips is to increase your intake of one type of food.
He explained: “It is very important to get the right amount of protein, 50-70 grams a day.
“Although you can get protein mainly from meat and fish, and also from legumes, it’s more difficult to follow Fast 800 on a vegetarian diet because you have to eat quite a lot.

Other protein-rich foods include lean meats such as beef, lamb and pork, dairy products such as chicken, milk, yogurt and cheese, nuts, beans and lentils.
These include chickpeas, split beans and tofu.
Some grains and grain-based products are also sources of protein, but they are generally less protein-rich than meat and meat substitutes.
As Dr. Mosley said, protein-rich foods slow down the body’s digestion. That is, slim people stay full longer and lose weight as a result.
“The idea that cheese gives you a nightmare is a complete and complete myth, but it will obviously be like a fair amount of calories loaded late at night.
“And we know the fat and sugar you eat late at night, it’s just hanging out in your system much longer because your body is just closed for the night.
“Your digestive process is over, and it really doesn’t appreciate that midnight treat.”
However, Dr. Mosley emphasized, “The main thing is to try to limit alcohol and caffeine late at night, both of which are likely to keep you awake.”
He added: “People use alcohol as a way to fall asleep, but in reality it leads to fragmentary sleep and will wake up more in the middle of the night. This is very obvious.
“A nice cup of chamomile tea, or perhaps a cup of ginger tea, is probably the best bet at night.”
