Melt a little butter in a pan and add 300 g of chicken and 1 teaspoon of garlic. Make chicken stock with 0.5 kg of chicken bones and 500 ml of water. Add the coriander leaves and chicken stock to the pan. Mix 2 teaspoons of oatmeal and 200ml of milk and whisk well. Pour into the pan. Add salt and black pepper, and simmer until chicken is cooked. Serve hot.
