Oat Pancake Recipe: How to Make Oat Pancakes at Home
Start by crushing the rolled oats into powder and set it aside. Add eggs and sugar to the mixing bowl and whisk with a whisk until the eggs are fluffy. Add all dry ingredients to the eggs, including oats flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon powder. Add a little water to make a sticky and smooth batter. Heat the non-stick pan, pour the dough and let it cook. When the foam appears on top, turn the pancake over. When both sides of the pancake are evenly brown, the pancake is ready!
