Chef Pankai Baduria shared a carrot cake recipe on Instagram and added that it could be cooked in just three minutes. Fresh carrots are always great to add to your menu. - Oil – 1/4 cup
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Egg – 2
- Vanilla extract-1 tbsp
- Flour (Mida) – 1 cup
- Baking powder-1 tbsp
- Carrot trape-1 cup
- Cinnamon powder – 1/2 tablespoon
For icing
- Choco Choco – 1 cup
- Cream – 1 cup
- Butter – 1 tbsp
Here’s how to make a carrot cake.
1. The first step is to take out all the ingredients one by one and mix them well. First and foremost, put the oil in a bowl, mix it with sugar and add the eggs.
2. Continue to mix the cake dough each time you add the ingredients. Add vanilla essence, flour (maida flour), baking powder, shredded carrots, and cinnamon powder.
3. Next, pour the mixture into a container and heat it in the microwave for 3 minutes. Your cake should be ready by then.
4. In the meantime, you can start preparing for icing. For this, take chopped chocolate, cream, and some butter. If you blend them all well, you’re ready for icing.
5. After 3 minutes, you can remove the cake from the oven. Cover with chocolate icing. You can place them around the cake using small chocolate balls to further decorate it.
Finally, chef Pankai added white chocolate icing to complete the dish. Pankaj Bhadouria said he could add ganache and decorate the cake with lots of chocolate. The choice is up to you.
