Two big mangoes
½ grated coconut
1½ cup of water
Jaggery syrup
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
Preparation
Place grated coconut and 1½ cups of water in a blender jar.
Blend well and strain
Scoop out ripe mango meat
Crush the mango pulp with a fork
Dissolve in water to make jaggery syrup
Add coconut milk, jaggery syrup and cardamom powder to the crushed mango pulp
Mix well
Enjoy the sticky mango rasayanam.
