* 1 tablespoon fennel seed (Saunf)
* 1 tbsp carom seed (Ajwain)
* 4-5 Garlic
* 7-8 Peppercorn
* 2 inch cinnamon stick
* 8-10 basil (Tulsi) leaf
* 1.5 inch freshly ground ginger
* 1.5 inch freshly ground turmeric
* 6-8 Munakka
* 2-3 Black cardamom
* 1 tbsp organic jaguary
* 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Method
* Heat 700 ml of water in a pan and bring to a boil.
* Add sauf, ajwain, Cloves, black pepper, cinnamon sticks, Tulsi Leaves, ginger, turmeric, Munakka Boil with black cardamom for a few minutes.
* Add jaggery to the mixture. Cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
