2 cups yogurt
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
¼ cup strawberries
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup raspberries
¼ cup chocolate chips
¼ cup peanut butter chips
10-12 pistachios
Preparation
Put yogurt and vanilla essence in a bowl
Whisk well to remove lumps
Pour the yogurt onto a baking sheet lined with butter paper.
Use a spatula to spread it out into thick sticks
Top with berries, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and pistachios
Chill in the freezer for 3-4 hours
Once the bark has hardened nicely, cut it into small sticks.
