If you’re a foodie on Instagram or TikTok, you’ve probably come across “Jennifer Aniston Salad.” While she was filming Friends, thousands of people have created and shared videos and photos of dishes allegedly eaten by Hollywood stars.
Aniston was said to have had a healthy lunch every day for 10 years on a TV series set, and fans were in a hurry to make it at home. But this week, she denied her claim that a Los Angeles-based food blogger ate a meal shared around the world last month.
The actress said in an interview: “To be honest, I don’t put too many chickpeas in a salad. It’s not good for the digestive tract.” The salad is made up of burger wheat, cucumber, parsley, mint, red onions and chickpeas. Feta cheese and pistachio nuts.

Instagrammer @cakeontherun decided to try a salad famous for creating her version of the recipe. And now I understand why it’s becoming a phenomenon of social media. Thanks to the starchy swelling wheat and chickpeas, it tastes very fresh, nutritious and really pleasing.
Also, I cooked the swelled wheat for 15 minutes, chopped the vegetables and put everything in a bowl, so it was extremely easy to make. As a result of the salty taste of cheese and nuts, no dressing or additional salt is required.

material
- Bulger wheat 200g
- 200g feta cheese
- 1 tin chickpea
- 1 small red onion

Half cucumber

A handful of pistachios

A handful of fresh mint

A handful of fresh parsley

Squeeze the lemon juice

Salt and pepper
Method
- Cook the bulgur wheat in a pan of water for 15 minutes until the granules have absorbed all the liquid.
- Chop all other ingredients and mix everything in a bowl.
