THE VIEW host Ana Navarro talks about her dieting attempts and how she’s maintained her weight in recent months.
On Instagram, Ana shared how she commutes 14-16 hours a week between her home in Miami and The View Studios in New York and how she stays healthy with in-flight meals.

The View’s host posted a photo on Instagram of the colorful meal spread.
Her in-flight meal included grains, vegetables, and root vegetables.
“One of the many small, conscious life changes I’ve made to lose weight is buying a salad at the airport or pre-ordering a healthy meal on American Airlines,” Ana said.
“Pre-ordering means sticking to your choices and not falling into temptation.”

She said: “I tried Weight Watchers. I had a group going to The View for a while.
“But I wasn’t great at tracking points. I was spending all my points on booze and then eating oranges for dinner.”

In addition to maintaining a strict diet, Ana also revealed that she recently had Botox.
Ana shared a photo to Instagram straight from South Beach.
She channeled her inner Elle Woods as she walked down the street in an all-pink silk button-down dress with a thigh-high slit.
Anna smiled as she walked down the street with her little dog and big purse.
In her caption, she explained that there is a reason for her special outfit.
“If you say [The View stylist Fran Taylor] This weekend, @sarahaines and I were going to a drag brunch in Miami Beach, and she said,
“And here it is: ‘Drug Branch Chic.'”
Anna joked: “No real flamingo was harmed in making this outfit.
In the comments section, one fan comically asked, “Who’s the young chick with the cutest puppy?”
Ana added, “Some b***h who got @carloswolfmd injected with daxxify.
Daxxify is similar to Botox, but claims to last longer.
The injectable was just approved by the FDA late last year.

The outfit seemed to be a hit, as Ana later shared a photo of a drag brunch she attended visiting co-host Sarah Haynes.
Fans captured Sarah and Anna having the best time and posted the clip to Instagram.
In particular, a fan named Carla was celebrating her bachelorette party with a drag brunch.
She shared a series of footage of Sarah and Ana living together on the show.
Even Whoopi Goldberg made a guest appearance via Facetime to speak with one of the performers.
