While hosting the latest morning show, Cheryl, 59, wore checkered skinny pants and an orange sweater vest with a white button-down blouse underneath.
Cheryl’s outfit was stylish and the significant weight loss she had achieved also stood out.

Cheryl also improved the fashions she wore while hosting the show whenever she hit her fitness goals.
When Cheryl lost 90 pounds, she celebrated on The Talk wearing tight denim jeans and a matching jacket.
Sheryl slims down
Cheryl’s desire to lead a healthier lifestyle wasn’t just about matching certain clothes.
On an episode of The Talk, Cheryl explained to the audience that she “changed her lifestyle a lot” because she wasn’t healthy.
“I wasn’t healthy, so I want to live a long time and sit on this stage for a long time,” she said.
Cheryl’s evolution of her swag to fit her new look was emblematic of all the hard work she put into changing certain aspects of her life.
“I did what I was supposed to do, and I wanted to wear a very stylish yet clingy dress to symbolize the hard work I’ve put in,” she said.

Cheryl’s Fitness Journey
Speaking to people on her fitness journey, Cheryl revealed that she was diagnosed with diabetes in the past year and a half.
The talk host explained that she weighed between 230 and 250 pounds and was diagnosed with pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, and more.
“I really wanted to get ahead of it,” she told People.
“I knew I was gaining weight. I could see it and I knew something was going on with my health.”
At that point, Cheryl embarked on her fitness journey and began looking for ways to lose weight.
Cheryl soon began exercising more, changing her diet, drinking more water, and receiving weekly Wegovy injections.
Wegovy injections have helped Cheryl curb her appetite, giving her better control over her food intake.
So far, Cheryl has lost 95 pounds with her newfound fitness regimen.
