Overnight oats are a great way to start your day, especially in the summer. They can be chilled, filled and made in a variety of flavors.
Instagram bakery @cakeontherun shared a simple recipe for turning lemons into oats overnight. It literally takes a few seconds to throw together. You can make a cute breakfast pot in advance, so you can wake up to a healthy diet instead of grabbing naughty things on the go.

This works perfectly if there are spare jam jars hanging around the kitchen. But if not, any small plate or Ramekin will do. To save your time, you can make some of them at the same time, so you have one for every member of the family.
The great thing about this breakfast is that you can customize it to your liking. Choose your own yogurt, it may not contain low fat, Greek or dairy products, and is the top one you like. And don’t forget that it’s perfect for breakfast or desserts.

- Empty the oats in a small plate (ramekin and jars are great).
- Pour boiling water over the oats.
- Place the card on top, then the yogurt and sprinkle if you have a fantasy
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
