If you’re looking for a healthy breakfast idea, you should try this new trend- “Weetabix Cheesecake”. Instagram and TikTok Foodies can’t get it enough.
Low-fat, low-calorie, nutritious dishes follow in the footsteps of another social media food boom, overnight oats. Healthy cook @cakeontherun shared popular cooking recipes that can be made in any container, including takeaways of Indian and Chinese food.
You can make it in just one dish, cool it, and enjoy it, so there is almost no need to wash it off. You can also make it in advance. Great for when you’re busy in the morning. You need just a few simple ingredients to make it, and you can put it on top of any fruit you like.

The basic recipe can be used with any yogurt, including Greek food, soybeans, and low fat. You can also use it with your favorite flavor. The recipe below uses plain yogurt, but you can also customize it with strawberries, toffees, vanilla, and lemon.
They all work well. It’s also ideal if you’re on a Slimming World or Weight Watchers diet. For vegans, use yogurt without dairy products and milk such oats. The recipe below uses MOMA oak drinks and is creamy and delicious.
MOMA’s new Barista dairy alternatives are currently available online at the Waitrose store and will be available at the Ocado and Morrisons stores in April.

Weetabix Cheesecake recipe (1 serving)
material
- 2x wheat biscuits
- Milk splash (MOMA oat milk is delicious)
- 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt
- Lots of fruits
Method
- Crush the biscuits into jars or any container. It would be even better if there was a lid.
- Pour your favorite milk over the biscuits so that they are covered. It becomes muddy for a few minutes.
- Put the yogurt on top and then add a lot of chopped fruits and berries.
- If you have a lid, cover it and keep it in the refrigerator until you want to eat it. It’s completely okay overnight.
