And The Chase’s Mark Lovett, aka The Beast, was showing off the results of his hard work by posing in his punt with snaps opening Christmas presents backstage on Saturday.
The slimmed-down quiz genius, 57, posed with one of his gifts. This is the board game version of Pointless, one of Chase’s rivals in the world of TV Quiz.

Wearing a casual ensemble with a black T-shirt and comfy pants, he looked happy and healthy in the snap.
Fans were shocked by his apparent weight loss in the snap, with one commenting:

The TV personality showed off her slim frame in a purple shirt and blazer as she sat on the panel.
Mark, who has gone from size 5xl to 2xl, has revealed how he’s lost weight, saying he’s “eating less and drinking more” and taking care of his health.

He said he completely changed his diet due to his battle with diabetes, which he said played a part in his weight loss.
“Maybe my diabetes helped because I ate less. I drink more fluids,” he said of the weight loss.
“And taking care of my 5-year-old during lockdown didn’t help anything. How many times I fell down in the mountains! Plus, I’m very busy these days,” he added.
That came after Marc shared a shirtless photo and flaunted his weight loss back in January.
In his caption, he said he went from size 5xl to 2xl, but said at the time that he “still has work to do” on his body.
He wrote in the caption:

He credits a golden retriever named Baloo with helping him develop the habit of a regular training routine.

The TV star said his estranged wife was the first to promise to look after, feed and walk the dog.
“It went on for about two weeks, and then she decided, ‘Really, Mark, look at your belly. You need some exercise!’
“I used to take him around the fields and change places. I think he helped a lot just because I was doing more activities,” he said. .
The result: This was after Mark shared a photo of himself losing weight shirtless in January.
He previously said in Loose Women that a friend advised him not to wear a gastric band because it’s a way of getting calories from sugar that is hard to digest.
Mark also took credit for his son’s weight loss, stating:
“I think every woman knows this, how do you keep up with them? At the end of the night, instead of going to the fridge for midnight snacks, I realized I had no choice but to collapse on my bed.” he said.
