On a hot summer day, nothing is more satisfying than a cold beer. But if you feel young and want to see it, it’s not the best drink to grab.

Finally, Ehsani adds that you should drink beer in moderation.
“Choosing a light beer doesn’t mean you have to drink more than one beer,” says Ehsni. The 2020-2025 Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommend keeping one cup daily for women and two cups daily for men within the recommended daily intake range.
“If you decide to drink more than one beer, drink a tall glass of water between drinks to keep you as hydrated as possible,” says Ehsani.
