It tastes like a dessert, but it’s actually low in fat and calories.

Apple cinnamon grilled oats recipe (1 serving)
material
- 5 tbsp (40 g) porridge oats (blended if possible)
- 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt + 1 additional tablespoon to serve
- 1 egg Also 1 extra tablespoon yogurt + 1/3 tablespoon baking powder + squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp applesauce / puree Also 1 tbsp grated apple + 1 tbsp sugar / sweetener / syrup

Method
- Put everything in a small mug and mix well to make sure all the oats are combined from the bottom of the mug. If you have a blender, powder the oats for a few seconds to make it more cake-like.
- Heat in the microwave for 90 seconds (or transfer to an oven-proof dish and cook in the oven at 180 ° C / 350 ° F / Gasmark 4 for 15 minutes).
- Turn the cake over on a plate, put extra yogurt on it, and enjoy it right away.
