The summer season can sometimes be overwhelming. The scorching sun rays and extreme heat can hurt our health. And one of the first points to remember when changing our diet is to drink plenty of water and other forms of water to maintain the body’s water balance. How to make barley sharbat:
To make this drink, you need to ferment the jaws overnight. “Overnight fermentation breaks down barley gluten, making it a great gluten-free drink rich in both prebiotics and live microbes,” Munmun Ganeriwal suggests. Let’s take a look at the recipe:
- Crush the barley into small pieces.
- Put the barley flour in a bowl. Mix well.
- Bring the water to a boil in another pan and add the onions and salt.
- Add the barley buttermilk mix to it. Stir well so that it does not harden.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and store overnight for fermentation.
- The next morning, add a card to it to keep it consistent as you wish.
- Serve with roasted jilla and red pepper powder.
