Pet insurance, telemedicine services, pet recruitment leave, and wellness leave are some of the initiatives that companies such as Chargebee, Meesho, Powerplay, Benefits, and Deloitte have developed for their employees.
The idea is not only to empathize with the employees who own pets, but also to provide differentiated benefits in the highly competitive talent market. Insurance companies such as Policybazaar, Plum and Toffee Insurance are witnessing high demand for pet insurance.
