Great if you are in a hurry. My favorites are whole grain gluten-free oats (77%), coconut milk, dried coconuts, filling coconuts and chia with chia seeds.

Reduction-Sugar Jam – Jam sales have increased by 22% over the past year.

Many are full of sugar, but Fearne & Rosie uses local ingredients at a family-owned factory in Yorkshire to make 40% less jam and honey than standard jams.
