Slimming World fans shared her lasagna recipe for Sinfree “incredibly”.
Born in Wirral, 36-year-old Rebecca was tasked with creating a luxurious and healthy lasagna for the whole family to enjoy. Inspired by her time in Slimming World, Rebecca reveals the secrets of her cooking.
She states: “I’ve been to Slimming World several times. This has always been one of my favorite recipes and has changed and changed over the years to make it happen as I like. When using cheese as a healthy extra, everything is syn-free.

“What I like about Slimming World is the fact that you can make meals that the whole family can enjoy, but it’s still slim and healthy. This version of lasagna is a bit drier than the regular full-fat version. But it tastes great and my kids love it. ”
material:
- For the main source. (Can be used as pasta sauce as it is)
- Dried pasta sheet
- Extra lean minced meat (or minced meat without meat)
- Flylight 1cal spray
- 1 onion
- 1 medium-sized carrot
- 1 celery stem
- 2 pieces of garlic (or 1 teaspoon of dried garlic / garlic paste)
- 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 beef stock cube (or 1 veg if you don’t use meat)
- 1500g box / 1 bottle of passata
- 250g of water
For white sauce;
- Fat-free quark 500g
- 1 egg
- nutmeg
- Low-fat cheese, grated
Method:
1. Preheat the oven, cut the onions, carrots and celery into small cubes, add to a pan with 1 calorie spray oil, soften and then add the garlic.
2. Add a small amount of salt to the minced meat, add to the pan and burn the meat.
3. Add balsamic vinegar and stir, then add stock cubes.
4. Add a passer. Normally, add 250g of water to the box / jar, remove any remaining passerta and add to the pan.
5. After boiling all together, put quarks, eggs and half a teaspoon of nutmeg in a bowl and mix to prepare a white sauce.
6. Layer the pasta sheet and main sauce on an oven-proof dish, add the white sauce mixture to the last layer, and top with the grated cheese.
7. Place in the oven with 6/200 ° C gas until golden on top.
