A man who weighed 22 kilograms and was spending 350 pounds a week on takeout has shared his amazing transformation after discovering Jim when his girlfriend ended their relationship.

Before his incredible transformation, Nith weighed 22 stone 6 pounds and was spending 350 pounds a week on takeout.
He started working out five times a week and replaced his unhealthy diet with more nutritious options. Within 18 months, Nith has lost his 11 stones and now wears a size S.
He said: “After losing the weight, I feel alive again. I haven’t spoken to my ex since, nor do I intend to. We broke up for a reason But I wasn’t in a good place, so she was right to break up with me.
“I was in terrible shape and was just overworking myself, so why would I want to hang in there?”

A Radical Change: After Nith decided to try to lose weight, she started lifting weights five times a week and practicing skipping and boxing.
“My girlfriend at the time said I was getting too big, so ironically, I started eating more to cope with that stress.”

Nith started working out five times a week for up to an hour and a half each day and started seeing results in three months.
He’s also worked on his diet, cutting out takeout entirely and reducing portion sizes to recommended amounts.

“After three months, I started seeing positive results.
“I invested in some dumbbells, benches, barbells, resistance bands, started working out at home, and also used a jump rope and a used boxing bag for cardio.
Nith cut carbs from her diet, cut back on high-calorie sauces like hot ketchup and mayonnaise, and switched to hot sauces instead.

The student is now a gym regular and posts her weight loss progress on the social media site TikTok. TikTok has many fans.

“Whenever I had to eat out or go grocery shopping, I always looked at the nutrition facts and avoided high-calorie foods.
“I also cut back on carbs and replaced it with more protein.
‘[That’s] I wouldn’t say I cut out carbs completely, but I did make my diet more balanced.
“I started using hot sauces instead of adding sauces like ketchup and mayonnaise to my diet because they are high in calories. My favorite is Nandos Peri Peri Hot Sauce.”
For snacks, I replaced sweets and treats with watermelon, jellies, popcorn, mango berries, and even unsweetened slushies.

“My friends and family are of course shocked. I’m basically a different person.
“For the first time in a long time, I am happy with myself.
“I still feel insecure sometimes, but I’m not as insecure and disgusted with myself as I was at 144kg.”

Nith added cardio to her routine and began paying attention to nutritional information when grocery shopping at the supermarket.
