Serena Williams knows that future star athletes need to start training early!
The 40-year-old tennis phenom told his followers that he was updating his workout space on Thursday in a series of Instagram stories, showing off his 4-year-old daughter Olympia Ohanian’s new gym equipment.
“My little baby got some equipment in an attempt to get new equipment,” she continued, showing off Olympia’s adorable pint-sized exercise machine in primary colors. A small bicycle. “

It’s not surprising that Williams and Olympia have many mom-daughter training sessions together at their custom home gym.

The Olympic gold medal winner and her daughter are virtually inseparable, wearing matching clothes, co-starring at New York Fashion Week, and of course spending countless hours together on the tennis court. Do almost everything together, and so on.

In a conversation with PEOPLE last January, the 23rd Grand Slam Champion talked about the big impact of getting married. She married Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian in 2017 and gave her to start a family.

“It gives me many reasons beyond what I do, and so it’s really important,” she said. “I’ve been focusing on my career for the rest of my life, but when I got married with my family, I realized that there was more to life. It was great.”
Williams’ husband also shared his feelings about his partner on a lovely Instagram tribute to commemorate his fourth wedding anniversary in November.
“Four years ago you made me the happiest man in the world. Our little family makes me feel more thankful every day,” he writes. “November 16 is always a special day for our family ♥ ️ Happy Anniversary @ serenawilliams—Even though we always fall asleep in the middle of the movie night, this joy of Olympia is our life Thank you for bringing it to me. “
