Few people can easily show aerial yoga, but Kate Upton does just that. A 29-year-old actress and model who regularly posts workouts on social media recently shared a photo of herself hanging upside down in an unstable aerial yoga pose on Instagram. In the photo, Upton is hung in an upside-down dancer pose in a sling-like hammock, paired with purple sports bra and leggings. Her hammock is hidden under her back and provides all the support needed to keep her on the ground. Upton grabs her right ankle with her hands behind her, keeps her arms straight, and looks straight in front of her.
Her head is only a few centimeters off the ground, but Upton seems relieved to pose as she hangs on a teal yoga mat surrounded by wilderness. “I really get the hang of this 🙃,” she wrote in the caption.
