Sangita Patel tries fitness again.
On Tuesday, the “ET Canada” host took to Instagram to share a video of herself working out with her 145,000 followers.
In the clip, she performed a deadlift with an inspirational message that called the exercise her “therapy.”
The 43-year-old also stitched together a video of a woman speaking into a microphone, writing, “Would you please stop posting weightlifting on your Insta stories because nobody cares?
On screen, Patel explained that her weekly fitness videos are meant to inspire others, especially women.
“Huh! No. Fitness Tuesdays forever!” she captioned the post. “Hey, I can’t believe I started this hashtag almost eight years ago. To this day, it still brings me so much joy that it still moves you.”
“I just want to be motivated,” she added. “Exercise has changed my outlook on life, both mentally and physically. It’s my therapy.”
Fans loved Patel’s impressive strength and commitment to #FitnessTuesday.

Last month, the mother of two shared an “amazing” fitness challenge with husband Samir Patel on a beach in Mexico.
The video started with another couple completing the challenge, then continued with the Canadian duo doing it themselves.
As Patel tried to jump onto her husband’s shoulder, the on-screen text read, “I got this.” “Hmm, maybe not.”
“Shocked,” she added after finally nailing it.
