Lujuta launched the first wheel of 2022 by showing five exercises that need to be performed daily to avoid stress. She showed five stretches that could be performed without the use of equipment between tasks.

One day, Lujuta shared an exercise routine for the second week of 2022. This week she chose to work on a fitness routine that can improve leg strength and stability. In the video, you can see Lujuta sitting in a furniture-backed chair, stretching one leg vertically to his body. Then she can see her doing it on both feet. In the second half of the video, you can see Lujuta sitting on the edge of the chair, standing with one leg folded, and sitting slowly.
