Frosty stay
Believe it or not The first event in Dubai was snow.. Athletes started at Ski Dubai, an indoor ski resort. The mission was to run 500 meters at the ski resort and 400 meters up and down the hill.
The time cap was 16 minutes for men and 17 minutes for women. Ricky Gerard, who returned to sports after four years of cessation of doping, decided to win the boys at 14:59. Khrennikov came in second in 7 seconds. Đukić came in third with a time of 15:19.
On the women’s side, 2013 CrossFit Games champion Sam Briggs declared victory with a time of 16:47. Briggs beat Mikaela Norman for a second. Third place went to Migara at 16:59.
Event 1B
Event 1B was held at the same location as Event 1A. Teaching was easy, but very difficult to implement. The athlete had to wear a tactical vest and run up a 700 meter slope. The men’s vest was £ 20 and the women’s vest was £ 14.
Gerald claimed another victory at 3:05. Khrennikov won the silver medal in two consecutive events at 3:24. Willie Georges of France finished in 3rd place 3 seconds later.
Holte won the women’s event and finished the run at 1:57. Horvath came in second after two seconds. Bronze Spot went to Daesung, who completed the course two seconds after Holbus.

The lift-off was held at the Dubai Tennis Center. It featured athletes who established their greatest cleanliness and jerk. Five men were able to complete a lift of 165 kilograms (363.8 pounds). Lazar Jukitch was the only man to complete this entire training in less than 20 minutes. His 19:53 result gave him first place points. With a 20:44 effort, Khrennikov came in second in the competition for the third time. The finish in 3rd place was Adler, who came 10 seconds after Khrennikov.
Briggs won his second personal event in the contest, thanks to being the only female in less than 20 minutes. Her time was 19:51. Horvath came second in almost a minute. Holte took third place at 21:51.

Event 4
This was an exclusion event with a bike erg, a handstand walk, and an overhead squat.

The fifth event in Dubai is a combination of muscle ups and thrusters.

Karavis and Garard completed the session in a dramatic way without any problems with this event. Karavis won in two tenths of a second. Khrennikov finished third in 4 minutes and 8 seconds.

Athletes’ Choice — Part A and B
The sixth event revealed a considerable twist. The organizer randomly selected Andrea Nisler and Mahmod Shalan to select the following two workouts to be performed.
