2 tablespoons of olive oil
Chopped celery ½ cup
Finely chopped carrots ½ cup
1 chopped medium onion
1 cup of fresh mushrooms, slices
1 cup bulgur
1 teaspoon dill
1 teaspoon oregano

2 cups of chicken soup

Preparation:
