Gormley says she’s focused on herself and she’s not doing anything to please others. She said, “If you do something to please someone, you only suffer yourself. So she has to do what makes her happy.”
In an interview with Gosscast, Gormley talked about how he wanted to change his lifestyle and how the lockdown has affected those plans. Gormley, he says, is committed to living a healthy lifestyle. “At the beginning of the year, I said, ‘Yeah, we’re ready to work together. Like we’re ready to train hard, like we’re ready to eat good food.’ I had an accident, so I came back for about five months, but now I feel so much better, both mentally and physically, that I wrecked the gym trying to get my body back where I want to be. In the same way that I’m not terribly unhappy or anything, I just want to work on myself and be the best version of myself.
