Weight Loss and Motivation for Weight Loss: When I started my weight loss journey, I was 128Kg. My main turning point was when I couldn’t meet my friends across the street. When I got home, my grandmother was weeping when she saw me struggling to move across the street. People were laughing at me. Later that same day, I was so tired that I went to bed at 5 pm, but the next day I woke up and made a difference. At first I was reluctant, but I thought it was something I was trying to do. I started with a lack of calories, but after a while I stopped losing weight. I have studied a lot and studied different diets and the biological processes that occur in the body during those diets. I came across a ketogenic diet and was thinking of foods that I could eat. The foods mentioned were meat, some vegetables, cheese and so on. I had an extraordinary hatred of vegetables since I was a kid, so I didn’t have them, so I wasn’t really sure about the above. My study took me to Ketofy / Wellversed, and I was surprised to see delicious ketogenic snacks and chocolates. I went on a diet from Dr. Nikita Anand. Since then, I’ve followed everything she says and it’s proved to be the best for me. Not only did Nitika give me dietary advice, but whenever I was depressed and unmotivated, I was as confident as a friend. Who says ketogenic diets are unhealthy? After eight months of dieting and training, she became a double-digit girl weighing 128 kg to 75 kg in 2021.
Ketogenic is limited, but it helped me to reverse my prediabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome, obesity, and high cholesterol-triglyceride levels. I feel healthier, more productive and lighter. Not only did it help me overcome my personal hesitation, but it also helped my professional struggles as well.
Inspiration for losing weight: My past experience and consistency and determination to achieve my goals kept me moving. Also, this journey would not have been possible without the support and constant motivation of my family and nutritionist Dr. Nikita Anand. Being healthy, getting fit, losing weight, and doing daily activities that weren’t possible before have always been an inspiration for me and kept me moving.
Weight loss and diet: Previously, I started the day with a cup of lukewarm water and then a cup of bulletproof coffee as a pre-workout. After training, I was having breakfast. Breakfast was a large combination of fat and protein, such as cheese omelets, boiled eggs, or Paneer grilled sandwiches (without bread). The morning meal was either coconut water or salted lemonade. When I felt hungry, I was grabbing some nuts. Lunch consisted of keto flour roti and vegetables, tofu and a bowl of salad. In the evening I took a protein shake with cream and the supper was chicken or fish.
Weight loss and cheat meal: I didn’t want to cheat because it was unhealthy because I had good results, but I ate KFC chicken once in a while and chicken biryani occasionally.
Foods I stopped to lose weight: I had to quit regular wheat roti and white rice. Sugar was completely NO, but thanks to Ketofi’s keto sweetener, I was able to completely replace table sugar with zero carbs, so there was no urge to include regular sugar.
Weight loss mantra: No, it’s correctly said that there is no shortcut to success, so you have to put in a lot of hard work. And most importantly, you need to be consistent and visualize your goals to achieve it. My mantra, as my nutritionist says, has always followed me to listen to your body, respect your body, and you achieve your goals.
Weight loss and training routines: I was so overweight that I was able to do a light walk at first and completed about 3000 steps. But then I started to get fit with the right nutrition and was able to reach 10,000 steps. A few months later, at the suggestion of a dietitian, I started weight exercise for beginners with light dumbbells and resistance bands. Next, I got an appropriate training plan consisting of 3 days of aerobic exercise and 3 days of weight training.
What worked for me: The best thing is that I didn’t have to stop eating traditional meals. I ate roti, rice, cookies, nam keen, chocolate, brownies and more. Thanks to Wellversed / Ketofy, there are great products as low carb alternatives to these things. Nothing went wrong at all. It’s just that time management was a training job for me in particular, but I did my best to devote time to it.
