Princess Eugenie married Jack Brooksbank on October 12, 2018 at the St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle. They welcomed their first child, August Philip Brooks Bank, on February 9, 2021. After giving birth to a baby in August, the princess appeared in many public places in 2021 and looked great.
But what weight loss and exercise routines does Eugenie follow?
Michael Brigo, a personal trainer at brigopt.com, told Express.co.uk about the Princess’s diet and exercise plans to keep her looking great.
He states: “As is known, Princess Eugenie has experienced her own transformative fitness journey.
“With a healthy diet combination, her exercise regimen is very likely to consist of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
“She does a circuit that combines weight aerobic exercises such as jump squats, burpees, high knees, and lunges.

“But this is just one example!”
Princess Eugenie confirmed this when she told Harper’s Bazaar in 2018: “I go to the park from 7 to 8 o’clock.
“I’m on the circuit and I love it because it’s fast. There are lots of burpees, squat jumps, lunges and much more.”
The princess previously revealed that she was a regular shopper at Waitrose and was a fan of the bakery.
Do not miss it:
She talked about going past the supermarket and going to the gym in 2018: “In the morning class, you may smell the freshly baked croissants coming in.
Many British people may want to eat fast food during their lunch break at work, but Eugenie tends to choose a healthy option.
While working at Soho’s art gallery Hauser & Worth, Eugenie traveled nearby to the very popular Detox Kitchen at lunchtime.
“They all have the best healthy meals. There are often lines outside,” he said.
It serves dishes such as rainbow pork bowls, lemongrass and turmeric curry.
Like everyone, Princess Eugenie loves to indulge from time to time.
Chips and pizza are allegedly her favorite treats.
When it comes to eating out, Eugenie tells Harper’s Bazaar: “Two of my favorite restaurants in London are Soho’s Bokkadirpo and Palomar.
“Supper is cooked by myself when I’m fine.
“When I’m really terrible, it’s basil pizza.”
When it comes to drinks, green tea is one of Eugenie’s main daytime drinks, as is cola and carbonated water.
But she also has her favorite alcoholic bevelridge.
The princess said: “My favorite drink is vodka soda with plenty of lime.
“You can’t beat it,” she added.
However, Eugenie is also partial to tequila, as a selection of bespoke Kasamigo tequila cocktails was offered at her wedding.
