Prince William visited the Lioness football team and talked about the impact of exercise on physical and mental health.

The future King went to Instagram after his visit, shared praise for the team and made unusual comments about mental health. “This team has already encouraged the next generation of women and girls to play football and enjoys the mental and physical benefits of the activity,” wrote Prince William.

The benefits of mental health from exercise are widely reported. Not only does it release endorphins that increase mood, which helps relieve depression, but it also helps to pay attention. When hitting the pavement or hitting a spin bike, it’s harder to focus on other things and less anxiety.

During his visit, the three fathers were given three soccer shirts with his child’s name on his back.As he saw Princess CharlotteHe laughed and delivered a message from his daughter.
“Charlotte wanted me to say she was really good at goals. She said,’Tell them,’ she’s a rising star of the future.”

Prince George Is also an avid football fan and took part in his first football match with his sister Charlotte in October 2019, watching Norwich City vs. Aston Villa at Callow Road Stadium. He was posing in his England soccer shirt for a photo of his 6th birthday in 2019.

In early 2022, the Duke of Cambridge was found cheering for his son George while a young royal family was playing for his school soccer team.
