This delicious and luxurious dish is full and flavorful, but the best part is that it’s gentle on your waistline. Here’s what you need to create these:
material:
2 big potatoes
1 tablespoon mustard oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
1/2 teaspoon black mustard seed
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 onion, shredded
3 pieces of garlic, finely chopped
1 sliced green pepper from which seeds have been removed
1/2 cup of red lentils (Masordar)
Vegetable stock 400ml
1 finely chopped tomato
1 cup of chickpeas (kabrichana), boil softly and drain
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander, chopped
Preparation
Preset the oven to 200 degrees Celsius
Scrub the potatoes and wash until they are clean.
Wipe with a kitchen cloth, and when dry, put in the oven and bake for 1 hour or until soft.
Heat the oil in the pan over medium heat while they bake
When it gets hot, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and turmeric
After 30 seconds, add onions, garlic and green pepper and fry for 5 minutes.If you feel the spices may burn, you can also sprinkle water on the pot.
When the onions are translucent, put the vegetable stock, tomatoes and red lentils in a pan and heat on high heat for 10 minutes.
Continue to stir
Add soft chickpeas and cook for another 10 minutes

material:
½ big sweet potato
1 onion
1½ tablespoon of besan (besan)
1 green pepper
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon red pepper (larmilch)
1/4 teaspoon turmeric (Haldi)
1 tablespoon of fresh coriander
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation
Chop coriander, onions and green peppers
Wash the sweet potatoes, scrub them to remove dirt, and cut them into large chunks.
Add them 4 whistles to the pressure cooker
When steam comes out, drain, peel and grind.
Make sure there are no lumps
Add chopped vegetables and besan, red pepper, salt and turmeric to mashed potatoes and mix well to make a uniform mixture.
Make small balls of the mixture and press them to form a disc
Heat the pan with olive oil
Fry two katsuretsu at a time until both sides are golden.
