Pippa Middleton leads an active and healthy lifestyle, resulting in keeping her figure slim. For those who want to lose weight, more specifically burn fat, British social celebrities share some of her favorite exercises that are “amazing to your body shape.” increase.
Last week, Pippa discussed how to “walk the path to good health” and the importance of setting up a fitness plan.
In the sixth week of her exercise plan, she focuses on high-intensity interval training, also known as HIIT.
As for HIIT and why she recommends it, Pippa states:
“The purpose is to increase maximal oxygen uptake. Increase the amount of oxygen your body can use in a minute.

Lower body exercise
Make each move for 30 seconds and repeat the circuit 4 times.
Squat Jumps-Target Leg Muscles
1. From a standing position, make sure your feet are hip-width apart and drop them into a squat.
2. Push your heels and dive into the air as high as possible.
3. Gently land in the squat position and repeat.
Side Skater-Outer Tone of Lower Legs, Upper Legs, Thighs
1. Take a big step to the left and swing your right foot back to the left.
2. Press your left foot to jump explosively and land on your right foot.
3. Repeat.
Burpee-work all over the body
1. All-in-one movement. Crouch, put your hands on the floor.
2. Put your feet back on the board. Put your feet back and jump explosively.
3. Crouch. repeat.
4. For less advanced movements, instead of jumping your foot back, return one foot to the board at a time.
Jump lunge-engrave the bottom and legs
1. Stick forward with your left foot, leaving your knees on your ankles and your knees facing the floor.
2. Dive into the air, switch legs and land in the rush position with your right leg in front.
