The Irish actor once again proved himself to be the dream man we all knew by relentlessly defending his wife, Keely Shay Smith.
Pierce, 69, and Keeley, 58, celebrated their 21st wedding anniversary this month. james bond The star didn’t let a day go by without screaming about it on social media.
Posting photos from their wedding day on Instagram, Pierce wrote, “Happy anniversary my love @keelyshayebrosnan. I danced that night and I’m dancing today. I could do it all over again.”
Like us, Pierce’s Insta followers couldn’t help but swoon over the touching tribute, filling the comments section with messages congratulating the happy couple.
“Congratulations, you two! Way to lead by example!” one follower commented.
“I hope you have a wonderful anniversary!!” “I am so proud of you both. May your marriage continue to bring joy to all of us.”
And the third added, “Happy anniversary! Best couple ever.”
But people weren’t so kind on Facebook, where a cruel, now-deleted post about the couple went viral.
In the post, the troll made a point of comparing how Keeley’s body has changed over the years since she first met Pierce.
A gentleman, Pierce was able to completely shut down harsh comments about his wife in the most elegant way possible, attacking a few cruel friends in the process.

Pierce met journalist Keeley in 1994 and married in 2001.
Before he met Keeley, Pierce was first married to actress Cassandra Harris. Cassandra Harris sadly passed away in 1991 from cancer. With Cassandra, Pierce has a 38-year-old son, Sean, who he raised with Keely and Dylan in Paris.
