In a recent Instagram post, coach Tony, aka “PT Alchemist,” praised Walsh for his hard work and explained that he’s still not done with the program.

“Aidan trains twice a day and has a very active lifestyle,” he says of the entrepreneur who founded a line of luggage called Aidan.
He also trained with Tony five times a week and ran 7 km every day.
“His training consisted of a combination of strength and conditioning as well as aspects of boxing,” the caption continued.

Tony’s fans on Instagram are in awe of the change, with some calling it “insane” and “awesome job.”

Some teased if there was an “easier way” to achieve the same result, but that was never answered.
Tony helped Jono Castano’s model girlfriend Simone Holznagel train to peak strength and lose 10 kilos.
Simone did a combination of weights and reformer Pilates, working out at the Acero Gym for 45 minutes a day, three to four times a week.
Simone ate four meals a day and her diet was “very well balanced with all macronutrients in every meal”.
