Mark and Pam married in 1987 and have two sons, Sean and Ty. Sean and Ty have followed in their parents’ footsteps in the industry.
Ty is a screenwriter and Sean is an actor. Since 2008, he has appeared on NCIS as young Leroy Jethro Gibbs in his episodes of flashbacks. To date, he has appeared in seven episodes of the show, with his most recent cameo in the 2020 episode Everything Starts Somewhere.
