A nutritionist and mother, Sheridan Austin shares a recipe for nutritious homemade gummies that are promised to be more effective than the vitamins purchased in the store.
To make delicious homemade gummies, Sheridan used 1.5 cups of water, 1 cup of fruit (mango, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or a mixture of all is recommended), and 4 tablespoons of gelatin.
She also recommends tasting optional sweeteners such as monk fruit, stevia, maple, and honey, but advises children to oppose this. She can also use additional optional nutritional bombs such as a tablespoon of liposomal vitamin C and quercetin.
