Beyond his amazing weight loss, Rugby Pro added, “It was a tough job, but it made a lot of difference because of Parkinson’s disease.” The Queen’s grandson-in-law recently took part in a 770 km long charity bike, cycling from Lake Geneva to Nice in six days.

With the addition of 21 teammates, Mike worked on a 3,000-meter climb every day. Amateur cyclists have definitely updated their curious fans by posting a series of sweaty selfies.
Recording the second day of his extraordinary feat, the 43-year-old shared a stunning snap carousel. This includes a photo of two teammates sinking their heads into a refreshing fountain.

He captioned the post: “Day 2 – a horrifying climb at Col de Pres, but the team stuck to it and got over it. Bring it on day 3.” Mike Fans rushed to the comments section in praise of his adventurous feat, with some saying “great effort Mike and Team” and “great effort, well done”.
Later in the podcast, Mike confessed that he was barely ready for a durability test. When Mike was asked about his training, he said, “I didn’t do the training I needed.” Speaking of tricky climbs, the three dads say:
