Dr. Michael Mosley often shares weight loss tips with slim people, not only on TV but also online. He is the creator of The Fast 800, a diet plan that helps people lose weight quickly.
Dr. Mosley recommends which foods slim people should eat to lose weight and stay healthy.
He states: “Getting dietary tips from the Mediterranean is the key to staying physically and mentally healthy.
“When you’re stressed, you may want to ridicule comfortable foods such as pizza and pasta, but traditional Mediterranean meals are very different.”
Nutrition experts have listed what ingredients a diet is made up of, including oily fish, vegetables, legumes, and olive oil.

He added that it’s best to avoid “sweet treats.”
“The Mediterranean diet is low in sugar, but rich in healthy fats such as salmon, mackerel and nuts,” said Dr. Mosley.
“It is also encouraged to eat fruits and vegetables, full-fat yogurt, and occasionally a glass of wine in the evening.
“Food is based on traditional Mediterranean cuisine, and many studies have shown that it is not only full and tasty, but also leads to long-term weight loss and reduction of heart disease. [declined] Risk of type 2 diabetes and many other health benefits.

Dr. Mosley advised eating “good fat” and recommended that slim people “eat a small amount of nuts five times a week.”
According to doctors, the best types of nuts are almonds and pecan nuts.
He goes on to say: “Olive oil is rich in a substance called oleic acid, which has a powerful anti-inflammatory effect like eating fiber.
“So splashing olive oil on salads and vegetables is really good for your brain.
“Oily fish such as salmon, tuna and mackerel are rich in omega 3 fatty acids and have been shown to be very good for brain health.”
We also recommend eating legumes “four times a week”.
Dr. Mosley said: “Fabaceous plants are like green beans, lima beans, and lentils.
“Like vegetables, they are rich in all kinds of vitamins and minerals.
“In one study that analyzed the diet of older people, those who consumed the least amount of legumes had a greater decline in cognitive function than those who ate more.
“You can also eat lean meat and chicken once a week.”
Doctors also warned about the risk of eating too much sugar. “Foods rich in sugar are not only bad for your teeth and lower back, but also bad for your brain.
“This is because these foods are so addictive. Once you start a chocolate bar or biscuit packet, you can’t stop until you’re all gone. That is, you’ll continue to eat until you know you need it. Stop.
“Unless you do a lot of exercise, all those extra calories are put as fat around your hips.”
